Lake Como is one of the most charming places in Italy, worldwide famous for its beauty, elegance, quiet and uniqueness. I like to call it “my lake” because it is  the place where I was born and grew up, I am an authentic local a so called “laghee” and I feel an indissoluble bond with it; I can really say that Lake Como is in my Dna! After my studies it was so natural for me to dedicate my interest to my land’s history and culture becoming a licensed Lake Como Tourist Guide.
Since the year 1997 I have been working as qualified Lake Como Tourist Guide, leading Italian, English and French speaking people.
I co-operate, as free lance, with more tour operators and travel agencies giving also my expert professional advice to create the best itineraries and proposals able to fully achieve customers’ requests, interests and wishes.

COMO ancient town of Roman origins, considered for centuries a natural bridge between the Latin and the German worlds. It beckons every year a great number of visitors thanks to its interesting historical center with a great Cathedral (Duomo), important romanesque churches, typical ancient squares and streets, medieval Walls, museums , innovatory architectures by the modern architect Giuseppe Terragni who with Plinius the Elder, Plinius the Younger and Alessandro Volta, was one of the main personalities of the town. Como is also the Italian capital of the silk with an ancient tradition of its working.

The CENTRO LAGO – CENTER LAKE with its special atmosphere remembers us the romantic time and the Grand Tour by the European nobility. Mild climate ,elegant ancient Villas surrounded by lush gardens that are real botanical treasures: Villa Carlotta, Villa Balbianello, Villa Melzi, Villa Serbelloni … Typical lake villages such as Bellagio, the “Pearl of Lake Como” ! The Isola Comacina the only island of the Lake situated in the beatiful Gulf of the Oil , the ruins of its ancient churches and buildings remember us its important past. The Sacro Monte of Ossuccio – Sacred Mount of Ossuccio – with XVII century chapels dedicated to the Misteries of the Rosary, a place of great artistic and landscape value, inheritance of the UNESCO.

The ALTO LARIO- UPPER LAKE – the northen area of the Lake, able of deep emotions thanks to its hidden artistic wonders such as the romanesque Basilica of Santa Maria del Tiglio and the XV century church of Saint Mary in Gravedona, the parish church of Peglio with striking frescoes by the artist Fiammenghino dating the XVII century , the church of Saint James in Livo placed on a panoramic rise and surrounded by chestnut woods … Furthermore, wide panoramas,old villages set in beautiful mountains from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Lake and authentic tastes of an ancient gastronomic tradition …
